How to Wireless Setup your hp printer

HP WIRELESS PRINTER SETUP
To print wirelessly from a laptop, phone, or tablet, join an HP printer to a nearby Wi-Fi network.
Restore the printer’s Wi-Fi configuration mode.
Restoring Wi-Fi setup mode can get a printer ready for a Wi-Fi connection.
The printer enters Wi-Fi setup mode for roughly two hours after the settings are reset, making it discoverable while the HP software is being installed.
For the majority of touchscreen printers, choose Restore Network Settings from the Wireless or Setup menu after choosing Network setup or settings.
Most inkjet printers without a touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Power button flashes, and then wait for the Wireless light to flash.
For the majority of Laser printers without a touchscreen or menu, press and hold the Wireless button until the Attention and Power lights flash, or press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Wireless light flashes (Laser NS, Neverstop). The printer might start up again.
For the majority of LaserJet printers without touchscreens, hold down the Wireless button while holding down the Attention light, and then wait for the Wireless light to flash.
DeskJet Plus IA 6000, 6400, Tango, Envy 6000, 6000e, 6400e, ENVY Pro 6400, and printers with the Wireless button pressed and held for five seconds until the Status light flashes (blue or purple depending on the model).
Install HP Smart
The HP Smart app should be installed on your PC or mobile device.
If you’re setting up the printer on a Wi-Fi network, do the following.
Put the computer or mobile device close to the Wi-Fi router, together with the printer.
Connect to your network by turning on Wi-Fi on your computer or mobile device. Use the Wi-Fi connection during setup if the computer is currently linked to the network with an Ethernet cable instead.
Turn on Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so HP Smart can recognise your printer when you set it up.
Activate the mobile device location service after installing HP Smart for iOS and Android to allow the app to utilise your location to identify the printer and provide setup advice.
1.Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store, Mac App Store, or 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPadOS) (macOS).
2.If asked to sign in with your Microsoft account so that you can use the app on all of your devices, you can do so or choose No, thanks to proceed.
NOTE:
Before downloading, disconnect from a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection.
To use all printer features while configuring HP Smart for the first time, you must create or sign in to an HP account.
3.Follow the setup instructions after clicking Add Printer or the plus symbol in HP Smart to find the printer.
